The public peace, order, clean environment, civilized, moral behaviour should be the normal unanimously accepted conditions of an emancipated, civilized society. However, the abstract notions of "freedom" and "happiness" are confounded with the lack of education, disrespect for the basic norms of social coexistence, multiform -multilevel unmoral, decadent behaviour, debauchery, "bread and circus" , hooliganism, the freedom of expression of the dominant brainless, nonsense talking, noisy, irrational bipedal beings. Hence, such a civilized society [ system + infrastructure ] doesn't exist on Earth, and nothing has transformed in the human consciousness for more than 2500 years, the wise laws and their strict enforcement is an urgent necessity.
