Nux Moschata CH30 ( a high dilution  to begin as  the cental nervous  system is affected )  -- 3 granules , 1-2 x / day for 7 - 10 days according  to the evolution  of the symptoms. Repeat the treatment  every  month until  the symptoms  will completely  dissappear.
